rnSeeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide all administrative support for the HR Manager.
rnThe Assistant usually aides in personnel management and other clerical duties when needed.
rn
rnResponsibilities:
rnAssists in administrative duties such as benefits enrollment for new employees
rnAnswers employee questions and requests when necessary
rnAssists with employee background checks
rnAssists with processing and reconciling payroll
rnMaintains and updates employee information in the system when necessary
rnAssembles employee data files
rnSchedules meetings and appointments at the HR Manager’s request
rnProvides administrative support with email, making copies, and other clerical functions.

rnQualifications:
rnCandidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
rnExcellent organizational tools
rnProficiency in Microsoft Office
rnMust be discreet and confidential
rnCandidate must be adaptable and a strong multitasker
rn
