rnMain Job Tasks and Responsibilities
rn
rn plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
rn plan and conduct new employee orientation
rn identify and manage training and development needs for employees
rn develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
rn administer HR policies and procedures
rn administer compensation and benefits
rn ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
rn benchmark compensation and benefits
rn support annual salary review
rn implement and monitor performance management system
rn handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
rn administer employee discipline processes
rn conduct exit interviews
rn review and update employee rules and regulations
rn maintain the human resource information system and
rn employee database
rn coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
rn maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
rn
rnEducation and Experience
rn
rn degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent
rn generalist human resources experience
rn knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
rn knowledge of business principles
rn knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
rn knowledge of relevant software
rn
