rnResponsibilities::
rn- Maintains the work structure by updating job
rnrequirements and job descriptions for all
rnpositions in Audiovisual Production
rn- Maintains organization staff by establishing a
rnrecruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
rncounseling managers on candidate selection;
rnconducting and analyzing exit interviews;
rnrecommending changes.
rn- Prepares employees for assignments by
rnestablishing and conducting orientation and
rntraining programs.
rn- Maintaining a good working relationship with
rnall technical team.
rn- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of
rnemployee work results by training managers to
rncoach and discipline employees; scheduling
rnmanagement conferences with employees;
rnhearing and resolving employee grievances;
rncounseling employees and supervisors.
rn- Maintains employee benefits programs and
rninforms employees of benefits by studying and
rnassessing benefit needs and trends;
rnrecommending benefit programs to
rnmanagement; directing the processing of benefit
rnclaims; obtaining and evaluating benefit
rncontract bids; awarding benefit contracts;
rndesigning and conducting educational programs
rnon benefit programs.
rn- Maintains management guidelines by
rnpreparing, updating, and recommending human
rnresource policies and procedures.
rn- Maintains historical human resource records
rnby designing a filing and retrieval system;
rnkeeping past and current records.
rn- Completes human resource operational
rnrequirements by scheduling and assigning
rnemployees; following up on work results.
rn- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting,
rnselecting, orienting, and training employees.
rn- Maintains human resource staff job results by
rncounseling and disciplining employees; planning,
rnmonitoring, and appraising job results.
rn- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing
rnrelated results as needed.
rnRequirements
rn- A good degree in Human Resources and
rnMaster Degree from a recognized University.
rn- HR Certification is key
rn- Preferred candidate must have good HR
rnexperience in Audiovisual Companies
rn- Good communications skills
rn- Must have minimum of 3 years experiences
