Interior designer Lagos Mainland

We are looking for an artful interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
rnResponsibilities
rnUndertake design project from concept to completion
rnDefine project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
rnInterpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
rnSet costs and project fees according to budget
rnResearch and decide on materials and products sourcing
rnProduce “sample” and “mood products”
rnSupervise work progress
rnWork closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
rnResearch and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
rnRequirements
rnProven working experience in decorating interior spaces
rnExpertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
rnProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design
rnCreative talent, imagination and eye for design
rnCommunication and presentation skill
rnHe/She must have a minimum of OND/HND in related field of discipline
