rn* Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
rn* Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
rn* Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
rn* Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
rn* Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
rn* Validate application information and references
rn* Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
rn* Keep abreast of the property market status
rn* Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

rnRequirements
rn* Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
rn* Basic understanding of MS Office
rn* Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
rn* Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
rn* Customer-focused approach
rn* BSc degree in property management or similar
