Litigation Paralegal - Lagos Mainland

Responsibilit​ies:
rnMaintain pleadings and discovery indexes
rnOrganize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
rnAid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
rnGather relevant information from a variety of sources
rnLiaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
rnProvide assistance with case settlements
rnConduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
rnDraft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the court
rnPerform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics etc)

rnREQUIREMENT:
rn All applicants should have a minimum HND/BSc in Law, business administration and any other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.Applicant must have at least 3 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
