rnWe are looking for a reliable logistics manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. You will organise and monitor the storage and distribution of goods.

rnThe goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

rnResponsibilities:
rn
rnStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
rnDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
rnLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
rnKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
rnArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
rnResolve any arising problems or complaints
rnSupervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
rnMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
rnMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
rnComply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
rn
rnRequirements:
rn
rnProven working experience as a logistics manager
rnRecord of successful distribution and logistics management
rnDemonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
rnProficient in standard logistics software
rnExcellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
rnAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects
rnBSC in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
rnminimum of 3 to 5 years experience is vital
