rnResponsibilities

rnUnderstand customer requirements and business objectives
rnProvide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
rnManage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
rnDesign IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
rnSupport new technology implementation
rnTrain users in new and existing IT systems
rnProvide assistance with technical issues
rnRevise existing systems and suggest improvements
rnProduce reports
rnRequirements

rnProven experience as IT Consultant
rnAbility to troubleshoot hardware,software and network problems
rnExperience with various operating systems and databases
rnExperience in project management
rnAn analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
rnA team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
rnCustomer service orientation
rnInterpersonal skills
rnBSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business will be a plus.
