Responsibilities
rn
rnUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
rnSupport marketing executives in organizing various projects
rnConduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
rnEmploy marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
rnUpdate spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
rnAssist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
rnPrepare and deliver promotional presentations
rnCompose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
rnWrite marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
rnCommunicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as a marketing assistant
rnGood understanding of office management and marketing principles
rnDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
rnWell-organized with a customer-oriented approach
rnGood knowledge of market research techniques and databases
rnExcellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
rnExquisite communication and people skills
rnHigh School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
