JOB DUTIES:

Managing laboratories, collecting samples from a variety of locations, recording, analysing and interpreting data

Developing new products, vaccines, medicines and compounds such as antiseptics, planning and carrying out trials and tracking environmental micro-organism development

Observing high health and safety standards, keeping up-to-date with scientific and research developments and ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines

inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

OND/HND/ relevant degree such as biology, applied biology, microbial science, microbiology, or biological or biomedical science.
