rnPEAKSERV8CES is a company that specializes in different areas such as WARE HOUSING,REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT and MORTAGE SERVICES.Presently,its recruiting able and efficient individual to fkill the position of a MORTAGE LOAN PROCESSOR in its newly opened branches here in Lagos State. You will gather all necessary documentation and spot mistakes to ensure approval for the mortgage. Mortgage loan processors should also have an aptitude in math and excellent time management skills.

rnResponsibilities/Duties:
rn.Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, mortgage type etc.)
rn.Help client choose the most appropriate mortgage
rn.Gather all important data from client (assets, debts etc.)
rn. Verify information and references by contacting the right sources
rn.Submit completed loan files for appraisal
rn.Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters and clients
rn.Conduct a final review of the file before closing

rnRequirements
rnCandidates must have degree.
rn.Proven experience as mortgage loan processor or similar position
rn.Understanding of loan underwriting and processing procedures
rn.Knowledge of legislation and best practices
rn.Proficient in mortgage loan computer software (e.g. Calyx Point)
rn.Outstanding communication and customer service skills
rn.Excellent attention to detail
rn.Well-organized and able to handle pressure.
