A Consulting Services Firm known for providing information technology and direction to industries, seeks the services of qualified Nurse/Midwife.

rn Responsibilities
rn
rn Provide emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as
rn first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine;
rn Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work;
rn Conduct regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
rn Prepare purchase requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability at all times;
rn Conduct home visit or follow through of employees with chronic illnesses or on prolong sick leave;
rn Implement immunization programs to employees as well as to the dependents;
rn Conduct periodic plant tour to determine any possible health and safety hazards and work with the HSE department to
rn create health and safety awareness among employees;
rn Perform health counselling;
rn Conduct health education programs;
rn Maintain employee's individual medical records with strict confidentiality;
rn Generate reports and submit to management or government agencies as scheduled;
rn Coordinate any work-related injuries/illnesses to Safety Officer for immediate investigation and corrective actions
rn Maintain and update patients record;
rn Ensure Professional Healthcare standards are followed;
rn Display high confidentiality.

rnExperience and Qualifications
rn
rn Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
rn Must be young and hardworking
rn Preferably with experience in hospital set-up;
rn Must have good moral character;
rn Computer literate;
rn Can work on shifting schedule.
