rnResponsibilities:
rn Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
rn Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at
rn meetings or to provide General assistance during presentations;
rn Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
rn Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
rn
rnRequirements:
rn Minimum of HND
rn Must be a Young vibrant Male/Female
