The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

rnREQUIREMENTS:
rn-Proven work experience as a plant manager
rn-Proven managerial experience
rn-Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
rn-Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
rn-Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
rn-Computer literacy
rn-Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
rn-Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
rn
rn-HND, B.Sc in Business Management or related field. Professional certification is an added advantage
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
