rn Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
rn Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
rn Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
rn Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
rn Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
rn Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
rnRequirements
rn Proven working experience as q purchasing manager
rn Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
rn Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
rn A knack for negotiation and networking
rn Working experience of vendor management software
rn Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
rn Strong leadership capabilities
rn HND / BSc in business administration or any related field
