As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
rnResponsibilities
rn Manage key accounts
rn Act as the point of contact for clients
rn Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
rn Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
rn Identify new potential customers
rn Supervise sales account representatives
rn Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
rn Monitor and report on sales performance analytic
rnRequirements
rn Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
rn Hands on experience with customer service
rn An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
rn Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
rn Understanding of sales performance metrics
rn Excellent communication and negotiation skills
rn Analytical and time-management skills
rn HND / BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
