Responsibilities

rnDesign quality sales training programs within budget limitations
rnSchedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
rnEvaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
rnOversee training material and suggest improvements
rnChoose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)
rnDesign onboarding session for new hires
rnEvaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
rnReport on training program effectiveness
rnCreate an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
rnMaintain updated curriculum database and training record
rnStay up-to-date with employee development trends
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a Sales training specialist or Sales training coordinator
rnExtensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
rnAn ability to manage the full training cycle
rnExperience with learning management software
rnProficiency in MS Office
rnUnderstanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
rnExcellent communication and presentation skills
rnStrong organizational and team management skills
rnBSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
rnAdditional certification in training is a plus
