Security Manager Lagos Mainland

The company is in need of a competent Security manager to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
rnThe goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.

rnResponsibilities
rn Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
rn * Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
rn * Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
rn * Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
rn * Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rn Proven experience as security manager or similar position
rn * Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
rn * Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
rn * Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
rn * Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
rn * Working knowledge of MS Office
rn * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
rn * Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
rn * Committed and reliable
rn * High school diploma.
