Responsibilities
rn
rnSupport senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
rnPlan meetings and take detailed minutes
rnAnswer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
rnSchedule appointments and update calendar
rnMake travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers
rnCompose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
rnDevelop and maintain a filing system
rnCreate spreadsheets and presentations
rnProvide statistical and budget reports
rnGreet and provide general support to visitors
rnDevelop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a Senior administrative assistant or Executive administrative assistant
rnIn-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
rnHands on experience with MS Office
rnWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
rnExcellent verbal and written communication skills
rnStrong organizational and time-management skills
rnHigh School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
