rnResponsibilities
rn
rnCoordinate daily calendars of senior managers
rnPlan appointments and events
rnAct as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
rnCreate regular reports and update internal databases
rnMake travel arrangements
rnManage phone calls and emails
rnRespond promptly to managers’ queries
rnFacilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
rnSuggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
rnReview and recommend changes to our company policies
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
rnKnowledge of office procedures
rnSolid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office
rnFamiliarity with online calendars and cloud systems
rnExperience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
rnStrong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
rnExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
rnExcellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
rn BSc/HND degree additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
