A reputable company in Lagos is looking for a Staff Assistant who will on daily basis perform administrative task to assist out HR team.

rnResponsibilities
rn• Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
rn• Schedule meetings and appointments
rn• Organize and maintain employee records
rn• Update internal databases (e.g. new hire information)
rn• Answer employees’ queries and forward them to the HR department as needed
rn• Retrieve company and employee data, as requested
rn• Check office supply stock and place orders when needed
rn• Arrange staff travel and accommodations
rn• Prepare conference rooms (e.g. make reservations and check equipment)
rn• Distribute company materials to employees (e.g. brochures, announcements and safety guidelines)
