rnWe are urgently looking for a Store Manager
rnOur company believes that any retail store can thrive as long as it satisfies its customers in every possible way. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out that goal through positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation of the store. We're looking for a friendly and ambitious professional who wants to begin or continue a career in retail store management.
rnExamples of a Store Manager responsibilities
rnCoach and support other team members
rnHire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
rnMaintain and monitor store inventory
rnEnsure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
rnGreet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
rnConduct regular audits of the store's physical and practical condition to ensure quality
rnMaintain product levels appropriately
rnInteract with the public via social media and maintain the store's on-line presence
rnProcess sales when necessary
rnGenerate and review daily sales report
