rn Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
rn In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
rn Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
rn Excellent communication and leadership skills
rn Organizational and time-management skills
rn Decision-making skills
rn Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
