rnProvide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
rnAddress all product-related queries on time
rnTrain customers to use products effectively
rnProvide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
rnReport on product performance
rnIdentify solutions to reduce support costs
rnAnalyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
rnLiaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
rnEstablish best practices
rnKeep track of sales performance metrics

rnRequirements:
rnProven work experience as a Technical account manager
rnAn ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
rnExcellent verbal and written communication skills
rnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
rnBSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
