As a travel agent you will help to manage travel requirements and is passionate about traveling.You will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers.
rnResponsibilities
rn Enter data into our software and maintain client files
rn Maintain statistical and financial records
rn Meet profit and sales targets
rn Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
rn Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
rn Requirements
rn Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
rn Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
rn Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
rn Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
