Shandynamic is looking for a Travel Consultant who will help in promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses).
rnResponsibilities
rn Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
rn Create and update electronic records of clients
rn Maintain relationships with key persons
rn Keep financial statements and documents
rn Reach the revenue and profit targets
rn Collect deposits and balances
rn Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
rn Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
rn Requirements
rn Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
rn Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
rn Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
rn Demonstrable ability to handle crises
