Usher job - Lagos Mainland

Ushers help guests find their seats during performances such as plays, concerts, weddings, or other events.
rnJob Duties/Responsibilities
rnGreet patrons upon entrance to the venue.
rnTake coats and hats and check them in coatroom.
rnCheck tickets and provide guidance to seats.
rnShow patrons where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands.
rnAnswer various questions.
rnEnsure all patrons' needs are met.
rnSeat patrons in an orderly fashion.
rnHelp eject disorderly or obnoxious patrons.
rnDistribute programs or event schedules.
rnEnsure everyone adheres to safety rules.
rnStamp hands or give door checks to those needing to leave early but wish to return.
rnHold doors open for patrons as they exit.
rnClean lobby and place debris in trash receptacles.
rnCount and record tickets as they are collected.
rnHandle complaints or suggestions.
rnProvide assistance to patrons with special needs.
rnLight the way with flashlights when patrons leave their seats.
