Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
rnRespond promptly to customer inquiries
rnHandle and resolve customer complaints
rnObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries.
rnResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
rnProcess orders, forms, and requests
rnOrganize workflow to meet client timeframes
rnDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
rnManage client’s records
rnCandidates should possess relevant qualification
rnApplicant is required to have 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
rnAbility to work well under pressure and be able to juggle many projects simultaneously.
rnExcellent interpersonal skills
rnExcellent communication skills.
rnSmart and fast thinker, able to handle unexpected situations.
