rnResponsibilities
rnManage branch operations and sales performance.
rnInitiate strategic interventions to drive aggressive sales within branch location.
rnMarket and close sales of company’s products and services to current and potential customers;
rnOptimally manage branch officers to improve sales performance
rnPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
rnIdentify sales prospects and contact and close sales;
rnEnsure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
rnAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
rnRecommend several sales strategies in order to drive sales;
rnRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers;
rnCross sell products;
rnTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
rnBuild productive trust relationships with customers;
rnError free transactions/Ability to follow laid down processes for sales initiatives and routine duties.
