Executive Chef - Surulere

We are Hiring an experienced executive chef with ability to produce high quality food in a fast paced environment. Must also be able to effectively manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean kitchen.

rnPlan and direct kitchen activities
rnSupervise staff to maintain quality and hygiene levels
rnEnsuring service runs smoothly
rnSourcing, ordering, costing and inventorying of all food, supplies, wares and Equipment
rnOverseeing and assisting with food production tasks
rnEnsuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
rnKitchen administrative duties ·Inventory and ordering
rnMenu creation
rnQualifications:
rnThe ability to inspire and mentor
rnLove to cook and be on the line
rnPositive attitude
rnBe able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully
rnRecord of kitchen management
