rnJob Description:
rnCoordinate the preparation/documentation of the Fund’s corporate strategic/ business plan, goals and objectives and drive the implementation of the crafted strategy
rnDesign an efficient portfolio management system to ensure adequate allocation , monitoring and tracking of LSETF portfolio
rnFormulate and facilitate the implementation of programs and initiatives to target funding from various donors
rnMonitor and report the implementation of the strategic plan
rnDevelop LSETF impact framework and conduct periodic impact analysis of LSETF activities
rnAnalyze and forecast LSETF funding requirements
rnIdentify and articulate the engagement strategy for potential funding partners
rnMonitor relationships with funding and delivery partners and evaluate the performance of partners in line with the Fund’s objectives
rnOversee and develop metrics to track beneficiaries’ business performance
rnFacilitate, provide critical input and actively resolve strategic issues that business-department heads might leave untouched to drive strategy to execution
rnMonitor and evaluate impact of external environmental objectives on the Fund’s operations and the development of new financial ventures/products of strategic significance
rnEnsure there is an up-to-date review of the organization's corporate strategy in line with best practices and economic trends
rnOversee the establishment of effective and efficient frameworks, policies and procedures to facilitate the execution of the department’s mandate
rnMinimum Qualification:
rnA good university degree
rnKnowledge & Skills:
rnRelevant professional certification such as CFA, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CFP, ACIB will be an added advantage
rnDeep knowledge of financial markets
rnHigh level of resourcefulness
rnCapable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

rnJob Description:
rnDevelop & update the SME strategy document
rnDesign and deliver range of products, programs and schemes for the SME target beneficiaries & ensure effectiveness of products, programs and/or schemes
rnDesign and deliver adequate products, articulate the pricing conditions and terms of delivery for the on-lending partners to ensure alignment with LSETF developmental goal as well as the partners
rnIdentify the non-financial interventions and/or business advisory/capacity development requirements for SMEs and ensure effective delivery
rnOperationalize the SME partnership framework and manage relationships with on-lending & business development partners to ensure effective delivery of SME interventions
rnConduct on-going review of SME needs and refine products/programs to address them in order to drive uptake across the geographical areas
rnMonitor and track performance against targets and address relevant gaps
rnChampion research on key SME issues and distil key implications for LSETF
rnConduct periodic reporting of progress with the programs
rnMinimum Qualification:
rnBachelor's Degree in a relavant field
rnKnowledge & Skills:
rnIn-depth understanding of the MSME development, segment needs and requirements demonstrated by successful work experience
rnHave a good understanding of financial institutions’ approaches to SME lending, risk mitigation strategies, loan appraisal criteria etc.
rn Must have worked or have appropriate knowledge of international standards with any of the major development agencies (BOI, NEXIM, USAID, DFID, IFC etc.)
rn 7 years minimum experience
rn Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both written and Oral)
rn Excellent project Management Skills

rnJob Description:
rnProvide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the Fund
rnEstablish and enforce IT policies and procedures that promote and ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of organization’s data and information
rnCoordinate efforts aimed at developing IT solutions and ensure optimal leverage of technology to effectively enable Fund operations and processes
rnIdentify and deploy relevant applications that support end users
rnOversee and evaluate system security and back up procedures.
rnPlan, execute and finalize IT projects according to agreed deadlines and within budget
rn
rnOversee the maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) with service providers and interact with vendors to resolve problems
rnDesign and oversee the implementation of a business continuity plan and disaster recovery plan and system that ensures timely and continuous system availability at all times
rnEnsure constant availability of the IT infrastructure to provide accurate and up-to-date organization management information
rn Minimum Qualification:

rnDesign and implement strategies and mechanisms to safeguard the Fund’s financial assets
rnLiase with all relevant head to develop the Fund’s annual corporate budget and the allocation of financial resources
rnCoordinate the proactive monitoring and reporting of budget positions of all the departments and units
rnCoordinate the development and implementation of finance and accounting policies, processes and procedures in line with leading practices
rnCoordinate the identification of risks and medium to long term financial implications of intended
rnCorporate projects/initiatives, and provide relevant advice to the fund’s executive management.
rnManage expenditure/transactions in line with the Fund’s approved financial authority limits
rn
rnOversee the timely, accurate generation of relevant financial information/reports to aid the Fund’s executive management strategic decision making
rnEnsure timely and accurate preparation of the Fund’s financial statements in line with relevant statutory requirements and International Financial Reporting
