rnResponsibilities:
rnManage all aspects of assigned properties
rnMarket available spaces to find tenants
rnWork to create mutually beneficial lease agreements with tenants
rnRegularly inspect properties and note damage
rnCommunicate with maintenance companies to ensure properties stay in working order
rn
rnQualifications:
rnPrevious experience as a building manager
rnSubstantial knowledge of tenant and landlord regulation
rnStrong communications skills
rnAbility to multitask
