rnAdminister compensation and benefit plans
rnAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
rnConduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
rnProvide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
rnPromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
rnAssist in development and implementation of human resource policies
rnUndertake tasks in performance management
rnGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
rnMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
