rnGeneral clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
rnResolve administrative problems and inquiries
rnPrepare written responses to routine enquiries
rnPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, proposals etc
rnSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
rnPrepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
rnMaintain office supply inventories
rnCoordinate maintenance of office equipment
rnCoordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, and petty cash
rnGiving sales team all the necessary support.
rn QUALIFICATION
rn
rnCandidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
rnMust be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
rnknowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
rnCommunication skills - written and verbal
rnAttention to detail and accuracy, flexibility and adaptability
rnCustomer service orientation
