We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships.
rnA successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should also analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.
rnUltimately, you should ensure all our contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.
rnResponsibilities
rn• Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
rn• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
rn• Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
rn• Prepare sales and purchase contracts
rn• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
rn• Review and update existing contracts
rn• Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
rn• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
rn• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
rn• Create language standards for existing and new contracts
rnRequirements
rn• Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
rn• Strong analytical and organizational skills
rn• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
rn• Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
rn• Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
rn• Familiarity with accounting procedures
rn• Excellent writing skills
rn• BSc in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus
rnApplicant must have at least 2 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
