Responsibilities

rn Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
rn Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
rn Develop or approve budgets and operations
rn Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
rn Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
rn Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
rn Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
rn Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
rn Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
rn Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

rnREQUIREMENTS:
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related qualifications of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
