rn• The Quality Control Officer shall be responsible for the compliance of the Credit Policy and other institutional standards and procedures
rn• He/She must also ensure that all required data is captured to make performance analysis of the department efficient.

rn• Responsible for the verifying of data in accordance with loan application process
rn• Responsible for the verifying of documents
rn• Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls and all errors detected on loan applications are corrected and reported
rn• Responsible for ensuring that after all files have been through the quality control process, they are activated within 24 years as per policy
rn• Responsible for ensuring the companies Credit policy has been adhered to
rn• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
rn• Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers.

rnQualification Required & Experience
rn
rn• Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a related field
rn• Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and e-mail (Credit-Ease experience is an advantage).
rn• Previous experience in a similar role in a reputable institution would be advantageous
