rnOur client is looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.

rnResponsibilities
rn• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
rn• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
rn• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
rn• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
rn• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
rn• Prepare accurate and timely reports
rn• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

rnQUALIFICATION
rnApplicant must possess a minimum of National diploma or degree certificate in any related field. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
