rnDealing with enquires via telephone or email

rnAttending to reservation, ticketing reissues and refund requests.

rnDomestic and International travel requests
rn
rnAdvise corporate clients on international visas needed/ cancellation/change fees.
rn
rnDevelop on going professional relationships with corporate clients.
rn
rnManaging client issues.
rn
rnPreparing quotes and distribution of travel itinerary.
rn
rnKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
rn
rnStrong GDS skills (preferably Galileo)
rn
rnReissues refund processing and complex bookings.
rn
rnBusiness Travel background
rn
rnGood computer and Internet skills.
rn
rnGeographical and Industry awareness
rn
rnAbility to digest information from the internet and GDS system.
rn
rnStrong relational and communication skills.
rn
rnStrong oral, writing, negotiation and networking skills
rn
rnGood interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
rn
rnBe able to gain customer trust and close bookings immediately.
rn
rnAccurate administration skills to ensure 100% accuracy on customer booking.
rn
rnStress management.
