rn Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
rn Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities
rn Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
rn Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
rn Manage schedules and deadlines
rnMonitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
rn Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
rn Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
rn Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
rn Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
rn Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development.

rnOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
rn Proven experience as administration manager
rn In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
rn Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
rn Proficient in MS Office
rn An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
rn Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
rn A team player with leadership skills.
