rnResponsibilities:

rn Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
rn Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
rn Maintain and update company databases.
rn Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
rn Answer queries by employees and clients.
rn Update office policies as needed.
rn Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
rn Book meeting rooms as required.

rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
