Assistant Controller - Lagos Mainland

Responsibilities:
rn Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting etc.)
rn Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
rn Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements
rn Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
rn Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
rn Participate in preparation for the annual audit
rn Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
rn Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
rn Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.

rnREQUIREMENT:
rn All applicants should have a minimum of BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.Applicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
