Romich Resources is looking for a reputable Assistant Manager to assist a higher-level manager and fill in for them when they’re absent. Your work will be critical in ensuring the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

rnOur ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong business mindset. You should also be apt in organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a point of contact between manager, employees and customers.

rnResponsibilities

rn Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
rn Coordinate operations
rn Ensure schedules and objectives are met
rn Supervise and motivate staff
rn Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
rn Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
rn Create reports, analyze and interpret data
