Their analytical ability is a valuable asset, while their communication skills can make a difference for customer relationships.

rnResponsibilities:
rn.Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable
rn.Communicate with customers to answer questions
rn.Resolve disagreements between the company and its creditors
rn.Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
rn.Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
rn.Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
rn.Prepare and submit statements

rnRequirements:
rn.Candidate should possess a degree in Accountingor related filed.
rn.Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position
rn.Understanding of relevant laws and best practices
rn.Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus
rn.Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
rn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
rn.Great attention to detail
rn.Confidentiality and trustworthiness
rn.Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
