Billing Coordinator - Lagos Mainland

Responsibilities;
rnCollaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable.
rnCompile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.
rn Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered,
rn Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by ma Communicate with customers to answer questions,
rnResolve disagreements between the company and its creditors Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
rnNegotiate payment arrangements when needed
rnKeep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
rnPrepare and submit statements.

rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
