We are looking for an experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to manage daily administrative operations. You will be a part of the top executive team reporting directly to the CEO and your work will be a critical factor in our overall performance.

rnResponsibilities
rn
rnProvide input in business and strategic planning
rnSet goals for departments and individual managers
rnCollaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements
rnOrganize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations
rnOversee resource allocation and budgeting
rnProvide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance
rnResolve issues that may arise in a timely manner
rnAssume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management or regulatory agencies
rnAssist in other tasks (e.g. fundraising) as assigned

rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
