rnResponsibilities

rnPrepare sales and purchase contracts
rnNegotiate contract terms with business partners
rnReview and update existing contracts
rnExplain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
rnEnsure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
rnAnalyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
rnStay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
rnEnsure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
rnMaintain organized system of physical and digital records
rnCreate language standards for existing and new contracts
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
rnKnowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
rnFamiliarity with accounting procedures
rnExcellent writing skills
rnKeen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
rnStrong analytical and organizational skills
rnAbility to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
rnBSc/HND degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus
