rnWe are looking for an experienced maintenance manager.

rnRESPONSIBILITIES:

rn Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
rn Inspect facilities to identify issues
rn Ensure building's systems works functionally
rn Allocate workload
rn Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
rn Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
rn
rnREQUIREMENTS:
rn
rn Prior experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
rn Working knowledge of facilities
rn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
rn High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration will be an advantage
rn Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will a plus
