Maintenance Technician Lagos Mainland

Your job is to survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
rnPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
rnAssist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
rnMaintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
rnInspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
rnPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)

rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
