rnFollow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
rnMaintain files and records with effective filing systems
rnSupport other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
rnGreet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
rnMonitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
rnPerform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
rnDeal with customer complaints or issues
rnMonitor office supplies inventory and place orders
rnAssist in vendor relationship management.

rnApplicants must posses a minimum of National Diploma/ Bachelor degree. A Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
